The Romanchics

The Romanchics are five romance authors, who came together many months ago to share their work and celebrate their arduous slogs wonderful voyages into crafting fantabulous romance novels. We are savage critics supportive, nurturing individuals with wildly varying styles and voices.  It goes without saying that we love romance. If you love it too, you will enjoy this blog.

We are:

Jessica Baker

Having worked on both power systems for NASA and hand sewn bespoke suits for the tweed-decked toffs, Jessica has already had an short but interesting career and writing seemed the next obvious step. On the way to bringing up her own little army she hoped creating a Regency world of humorous heroes and feisty heroines would serve as a way of keeping her sanity between nappy changes and late night feeds. The jury is still out on whether the ploy worked.

Incy Black

If her characters ain't misbehaving, she's not happy! A chronic scardycat, Incy Black expels her irrational fears writing fast paced, romantic thrillers.  She prefers laughing to crying.

Aimée Duffy

Aimée writes steamy, contemporary romance for the 21st century woman who enjoys the 21st century alpha male. She’s addicted to reading, shopping and can’t go a day without music. When she’s not writing you can find her traipsing up the Ochils (weather permitting of course) or procrastinating on Facebook and Twitter.

JM Stewart

J.M. writes what she likes to call sweet and spicy contemporary romance. She’s a stay-at-home mom who lives in Seattle Washington, with her husband, two boys and their two very spoiled puppies. She’s been devouring romances for as long as she can remember. Writing them has become her passion.

Meg McNulty

Meg McNulty writes historical and paranormal romance, as well all sorts of other oddities. She is crazy about Greek Mythology, has a sneaking love of Marvel comics and lives on a diet of dark chocolate and Earl Grey tea. She is also unspeakably messy and can't shut up.  You can find her gibbering on Twitter: @charitygirlblog and going pin crazy here
